Thursday night is the new Friday and there is no better place to spend then in Manayunk! The Manayunk Sport & Social Club is the proud sponsor of Thursday Nights out in Manayunk. You have worked hard all week and there is no better place to start your weekend off than the exciting town of Manayunk where there are 30 different bars and restaurants along with 50 different shops to browse.
If your looking for some great specials and entertainment we recommend 2 of the most popular places in Manayunk. The first place is the Bayou Bar & Grill where Thursdays is "THIRSTY THURSDAY" where from 10pm til midnight its $2 U-Call-Its including top shelf liquor and Red Bull drinks. Also the Bayou has $2 meatball subs and $2.50 Miller Lite bottles all day and all night.
Thursday nights at the Cactus is Trivia night with QUIZZO sign-ups at 9pm. Teams anywhere from one to ten or more players compete in a trivia game against all the other teams in the bar for incredible prizes and bragging rights. Standard game play consists of four rounds with 10 questions each. The questions asked can vary from academic questions to sports and entertainment questions. The nightly special at Cactus is $3 Stoli mixers and $3 Pints of Blue Moon all day and all night.

Philadelphia's award winning crabs are back! The Bayou is ranked in the Philadelphia Inquirer has one of the top 5 places to get crabs in the Philadelphia tri-state area. It may seem early in the season to get crabs, but this shipment has made its way from Florida & the Carolinas. The owners of the Bayou have gotten word from their partners down south that this is looking like a great season for crabs! Later on in the season, the crabs will be coming from Maryland & Jersey shores. On Mondays & Tuesdays, crabs are only $1.50, and you can also enjoy $0.25 wings and $1.75 Miller Lite Bottles!
